How to Access Your Deliverables via Raising Sand Studio’s Shared Google Drive

At Raising Sand Studio, we prioritize keeping your projects organized and accessible. All project deliverables are shared through Google Drive to ensure seamless collaboration and transparency. Accessing your files is simple and secure whether it’s logo designs, strategy documents, or other creative assets. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate your shared folder and make the most of your deliverables:

Step 1: Access the Shared Link

Once your project deliverables are ready, you’ll receive an email from us with a link to your shared Google Drive folder. This folder is exclusive to your project and contains all your files, from drafts to finalized assets.

  • Check your inbox for an email from contact@raisingsandstudio.com. This email will come directly from our Shared Google Drive system.

  • Click on the provided link to access your shared folder. For easy access, we highly recommend saving this folder to your favorites.

Step 2: Review Your Files

Inside your shared folder, you’ll find a neatly organized structure, making it easy to locate specific deliverables. Common folders include:

  • Drafts: Early versions of your project for feedback.

  • Final Deliverables: Approved and completed assets ready for use.

  • Supporting Documents: Any related materials or resources.

Take the time to review each file to ensure it meets your expectations.

Step 3: Download or Share

Google Drive lets you view, download, and share files directly from the platform.

  • To Download: Right-click on the file and select “Download.”

  • To Share: Use the share icon to send the file to a collaborator or team member (note: permissions may vary).

Step 4: Provide Feedback (if applicable)

If you’re still in the revision stage, your feedback is crucial to ensuring the final deliverables align perfectly with your vision. Here’s how you can effectively share your input:

  • Use the Comment Feature: In Google Drive, you can highlight specific sections of a document or design and leave comments directly. This allows us to address your concerns or suggestions quickly and accurately. Simply right-click on the file, select the area you want to comment on and leave your note.

  • Email Us Directly: For more detailed feedback, email us at contact@raisingsandstudio.com. Include specific examples, descriptions, or references to help us better understand your preferences. We will schedule a review call if it is needed.

  • Schedule a Review Call: If you’d prefer to discuss your feedback in real time, we’re happy to set up a call or video chat. This can be particularly helpful for more complex projects or if you have multiple revisions to discuss.

  • Organize Your Feedback: If you have multiple comments, consider grouping them by priority (e.g., must-change, optional tweaks). This helps us first address the most critical updates and streamlines the revision process.

Your input is invaluable in refining and finalizing your project. Clear and detailed feedback ensures we’re on the same page and helps us deliver results that exceed your expectations. We appreciate your collaboration and are here to make the process seamless!

Step 5: Stay Organized

Your shared folder remains accessible for the duration of the project and beyond. Bookmark the link or save the email for easy access anytime you need your files.

Troubleshooting Access Issues

If you experience any trouble accessing your shared Google Drive folder:

  • Check with us to confirm permissions have been granted.

  • Contact us directly via email and we will resolve the issue promptly.
